My name is Sunshine, and I’m a Service Technician for Diversified—and I love every minute of it. This company truly treats us like family and takes care of their team, which makes coming to work every day something I genuinely enjoy.
I’m a proud mother, wife, and graduate of an HVAC trade school. I absolutely love working in HVAC and am passionate about what I do. As a woman in the trades, I’m proud to represent strength, intelligence, hard work, and grit. I’m tough, capable, and I don’t take no for an answer.
This field isn’t always easy, but that’s what makes it so rewarding—just like in life, the challenges only make you stronger.

“Sunshine was professional, careful, and thorough. She called in advance so we knew her arrival time. We discussed concerns (minimal) and she listened carefully. She was thoroughly trained and had her checklist and required tools. When the job was completed, she reviewed all aspects of her maintenance with us.

“Sunshine is very professional. She explained that the technicians had recently learned of the need to have a surge protector installed to protect the outside unit while she was checking the system for faults and performing its run checks.”
“Two years ago Jess with Diversified Heating and Cooling came out to give us a bid on a new heating system. She sold us on removing our 28 year old furnace and heat pump, replacing it with a new Bosch system and it has been an amazing improvement to our comfort in both heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. This system is so "smart" and works with our existing Ecobee thermostat, and has been so much more efficient, reducing my electric bill by about $20-25.00 a month in the cold or hot weather. We are so happy we chose Diversified to replace the old system that was working, but on borrowed time!! We opted to do the annual maintenance check up, last year performed by Cierra and and this year by Sunshine. Both of these wonderful gals know their stuff…they thoroughly go thru the whole system, looking for any errors or problems, by the way there were none. This year Sunshine suggested we add a surge protector to the heat pump and we opted to do that smart addition. Overall, I cant say enough great things about this local company and the Bosch system they installed.”
