Who are the founders of Diversified Heating & Cooling, Inc.?
Kenneth Ledbetter, Sr., and his wife, Janilee, founded the company in 1989. Their success was built on common-sense business principles, hard work, quality people, and the best workmanship possible.
How has our company grown over the years?
Three decades later, a lot has changed regarding the products we install and the services and technology we use. But our heritage and our mission have remained the same. Under the leadership of second-generation ownership, Kenny Ledbetter, Jr., and Tanya Ledbetter, we continue to strive to work the hardest, hire the best, and provide the best workmanship in the business.
What product lines do we offer, and how did we choose them?
We install the leading brands in the industry: Trane, American Standard, and Mitsubishi. We provide 10-year parts and labor warranty on Trane equipment, and 12-year parts and 10-year labor warranty on Mitsubishi equipment. We provide the best worry-free warranties available in the HVAC industry.

We strive to employ NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified professionals who believe in our company’s philosophy of providing the highest-quality service possible! Our employees receive an average of 52 hours a year in various training classes and seminars—from hands-on, in-house technical/installation/sales classes to factory training. We believe in equipping our staff with the right tools to achieve both professional and personal goals.
