“It's rare, but every once in a while you run across somebody who gives you exceptional service. Somebody who pays attention to detail and cares about their work and the people they serve. Abbie is one of those people. She found that the overflow sensor on my furnace wasn't even connected to the board. Something my home inspector and three other maintenance people did not notice on my furnace, even after I'd already had a leak that didn't shut down my furnace. Additionally, she found other things with gapping that would cause my filter to be inefficient, and fixed it. She even took the time to properly clean my mini-split. This type of detailed service is a rare find these days: somebody who has an eye to find things and the knowledge to correct them. Abbie's service was exceptional, and I hope I can have her in the future, as I know I'll be in good hands.”
