“I reached out to Diversified to get a quote on AC units for my 1928 Old Mill home and ADU. They promptly got back with me and we scheduled an appointment. Jess called me that morning to inform me she was on her way. We decided that a mini split would work perfectly in the ADU. The Old Mill home that we call āOle Millieā I figured we would probably do the same as the ADU. Jess had a great idea after seeing our 25 year old Trane furnace that is housed in our root cellar basement. She suggested replacing the furnace and adding a cooling system as well. Jess worked up a price and informed me of some rebates this new system qualified for as well. They were also offering 0% financing for 72 months which was amazing considering HELCO are in the 8% range. Jess set the install for the following Monday.
