“After changing the batteries in our 18 year old thermostat, it malfunctioned and raised the thermostat reading to 90 degrees. Scary! I called Diversified and they sent out Duane (same day) who checked and indeed our old thermostat was not working correctly after the battery change. He replaced it with a HoneyWell digital Smart Thermostat. Duane even helped us (because we're old) get through the steps to get connected online. Another very pleasant employee of Diversified!”
