“Tristan did a great job. This was our annual maintenance on our electric furnace and humidifier, but in addition to this Tristan had to trouble shoot an issue with the fan in the system staying on all the time. He took the time to determine what was causing the problem. He clearly explained how our humidifying system was working and the reason why the humidifier was not allowing the HVAC fan to ever turn off. Our humidifier is somewhat dated and Tristan was willing to answer all of my questions regarding the possible replacement of this part of our system.
In all, I was thoroughly pleased with this annual maintenance of our system and would recommend Tristan to anybody who is looking to have this done.”
