Yesterday a crew of three hard-working men arrived in the morning to remove our 23-year-old Rheem heat pump and furnace and replace it with a brand new, high efficiency Bosch heat pump and air handler, and to seal the ducting in our crawl space. These men worked all day in unison and cleaned up every bit of the removed system and installed the new, beautiful heat pump and furnace, together with an electrician from a local company. The whole process, from start to finish, took about six hours and everything looks and works amazing. We are members of Central Electric Co Op and they offer a rebate when installing a system like Diversified put in for us if duct work is sealed, and our saleswoman, Jess, took care of all the paperwork and approval for the rebate. Jess was amazing and so knowledgeable in her presentation of the proposal for this new system that it made our choice easy to go with this company and product. Installation was promised for the 14th and promise was fulfilled, all done perfectly, and now we will wait and watch how efficient this new system is compared to our old one which was still working, but very, very tired!
