“I recently moved to Bend, OR and purchased a home built in 2018. My HVAC System and Gas Fireplace were due for annual maintenance service, so the search was on for the "right HVAC company"! I did my researched and chose Diversified Heating & Cooling. I was extremely impressed with Katie on my initial call to schedule the maintenance appointment…very professional, knowledgeable, and personable…so I was feeling great about finding a company that had already made me feel comfortable over the phone. The maintenance service was performed by Leah, and I was genuinely impressed by her work ethic and personability. To me, it was definitely an extra check mark for Diversified to have female technicians as part of their team…don't you love it when you make a great choice?!!! Well, things with Diversified got even better! On the morning of December 23rd, I awakened and thought "Wow, it is pretty chilly in this house"! I had holiday visitors, both 2 and 4 legged, and it was two days before Christmas, and I knew the heat was not working and I was in a panic! I have owned many homes and knew that heat in cold climates and AC in hot climates is going to go down from time to time, it is just a fact of life. For this reason, I have a home warranty company agreement. I contacted the home warranty company, and I won't bore you with the details…but it did not go well, and I knew the home warranty company was not going to restore my heat in a timely manner, if at all. I called Diversified, explained my situation and within less than an hour on December 23rd…I repeat, within less than one hour the technician, Jefferson, was at my door! What a wonderful wonderful young man! So knowledgeable, so kind, so helpful! Long story short, Jefferson went above and beyond just being a technician…it was like working with family to get the job done, and he did get the job done…I had heat again that same day…problem solved! And, Diversified has been there for me even after the fact, helping me deal with the home warranty company to get reimbursed for the repair! I just have to say, that in today's world, finding a company that you can trust, that is there for you, that is equal opportunity, with staff who are knowledgeable, personable and caring…what more can you ask for? I am very thankful to Diversified and their staff for being there for me, treating me with respect and not just being robot employees reading from a script, but real people listening to your problems and concerns!
