He did a great job explaining the systems for the gas furnace, air conditioner, filtering system and options, and humidifier to a new home owner. He went above and beyond; and did a great job explaining not only the work he was doing but how we could be better partners as the homeowner for future service calls as well as what to look for if there are problems in the future. The administrative staff was very helpful and professional as well. Service was scheduled in a timely manner, the technician arrived within the established window, and was very friendly and professional.
