“Our air conditioner went out when it was 108 degrees. I called this morning and was told they would have a technician stop by as by our troubleshooting thought it was the blower. It was the motor. Ron was done for the day and made a courtesy stop. He found a motor and replaced it. He spent an extra hr and a half after he had finished for the day. Ron is so personable and caring. He went over and above our expectations. He did all of this when he found out his home was being threatened by fire. We told him to go although he said he’ll finish this first. We can not say enough good things about his attitude and professionalism. We gave him a 5 star although deserves 10.”
