“The whole experience with Diversified has been awesome. Jess provided me with four options to replace my gas furnace and ac before she left the house. She was very professional and listened to me as a customer. Communication with the main office provided by Catie was great as well. Raul and Travis did the install and it couldn’t have gone smoother. You can tell they both enjoy where they work. Even the electrician who came out to assist was friendly and customer service oriented.
