“I reached out to Diversified to get a quote on AC units for my 1928 Old Mill home and ADU. They promptly got back with me and we scheduled an appointment. Jess called me that morning to inform me she was on her way. We decided that a mini split would work perfectly in the ADU. The Old Mill home that we call “Ole Millie” I figured we would probably do the same as the ADU. Jess had a great idea after seeing our 25 year old Trane furnace that is housed in our root cellar basement. She suggested replacing the furnace and adding a cooling system as well. Jess worked up a price and informed me of some rebates this new system qualified for as well. They were also offering 0% financing for 72 months which was amazing considering HELCO are in the 8% range. Jess set the install for the following Monday. Hunter called me Monday morning to inform me he and Raul were on there way arriving almost an hour early which hardly happens around here these days. Raul and Hunter assessed the best way to run the new System in Ole Millie which is not an easy feat in these old root cellars. The next day Hunter and Raul arrived half hour early amazing. They figured out the best way to run the mini split an did another incredible job.Kelli in finance made the process of the rebates and 0% financing a breeze.
