“First they also installed a new air conditioner also. I have been construction for over 35 years, I was very impressed by this team that came out for this installation. They were organized, had all the material when they arrived, explained to us what they were going to be doing and how long it would take. Very professional, polite, they knew what they were doing went right to work, kept the job site clean (which was our house). Also I want to thank there sub contractor for the electrical PRO Electric, they did an out standing job. “We had two gas appliances installed – a furnace and a tankless hot water heater. We also had our house piped for gas. Everything with Diversified was great! We had three initial quotes for this work since it is a large scope of work. Not only were you competitively priced, but the entire experience was great. Jess was really knowledgeable about her line of work. And she was clearly able to answer any of our questions – which we had many! We were given a quote before she left the house! They provided a two day window to complete the work and gave me those exact dates which were about two months out. They have this down to a science too. They were available on exactly those dates and all work was performed within the window of time they provided at the time of the quote. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Diversified and feel comfortable referring them to others based on our experiences.”

Beyond going the extra mile to be under our house for hours removing 44 years of fiberglass installation and installing all new installation Raul was one of the hardest workers we've ever come across. Knowledgeable, quiet & efficient is how we would describe Raul.
He encountered an unexpected emergency when my husband fell backward from his walker and hit his back hard on the floor after trying to open the door. Raul did not panic and gently engaged with Don to make sure he was ok until Don was able to be assisted in standing. This accident jarred my husband, but it also made him realize what a kind, caring person Raul is. Our thanks for an outstanding job and for being so helpful when it was needed the most. “My installers were friendly and professional. Installed my heat pump, air handler and thermostat very efficiently in a couple hours. The electricians came at the exact right time and did their thing. Then my installers walked me through how to use the thermostat and clean the air filter. Very happy with the results!”
“I normally don’t leave reviews but I thought it was necessary in this case. It started with Jess who came out to quote me on the different options. Jess was amazing, she was prompt, professional and made recommendations without trying to oversell me which I appreciated. After the install was complete she called the next day to see how things went. I had a new air conditioner furnace and electronic filter installed by Travis and Raul and they did an outstanding job their quality of workmanship was fantastic. They worked great together and you could tell they care about their work. I did not get 3 quotes like some do, I had done my research beforehand and after Jess gave me the quote I knew it was very fair. I want to thank Jess, Raul and Travis for an outstanding job. Also this shows me how good of company Diversified is based on how great their employees were. I have comfort knowing my family will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer for years to come.
