I began my journey with Diversified in late 2019 as a Customer Service Representative. In early 2020, I moved into the dispatcher role, and by spring 2021, I joined the Retro Sales Department as the Comfort Coordinator—where I’ve been ever since! My role involves coordinating installation projects, managing billing and customer accounts, scheduling, and keeping things running smoothly in our Retro Office.

With over 25 years of customer service and management experience—most of it right here in the Bend area—I bring a strong foundation of local knowledge and professionalism to my work. In 2011, I took a brief step away from the workforce to study math, biology, and chemistry in college, which helped strengthen my attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

What I love most about working at Diversified is our amazing customers and the tight-knit team I get to work with every day. Many of us have been here for years, and it truly feels like family.

I’ve called Oregon home since I was 12, and my husband and I moved to Bend in 2003 to raise our three kids. Now, with two grown and flown, we’re just a few years away from being empty nesters.

The values that drive me are transparency, accuracy, and accountability. I’m passionate about helping others, answering questions, and always strive to bring my best to my family, coworkers, and customers. I hope that every customer can hear my smile when they talk to me on the phone!

Outside of work, baking is my biggest passion. From cakes to cookies, I’ve been in the kitchen since I was big enough to reach the counter. My work family has happily been my taste-testers for years—and they never complain! *”You have to be odd to be number one!”*
