“Our heat pump stopped working during very cold weather. I left a service request at 6am and received a call promptly when Diversified opened that morning. Cierra scheduled us immediately for service that day. Clifford Maxwell gave us a call to advise that he would be arriving in 30 minutes. Clifford got to work and diagnosed the problem quickly – a rodent had severed two wires in our external heat pump system. After the repair, our heat pump was working again at full efficiency. Clifford was courteous, respectful of our property and was highly skilled in HVAC. We are impressed with the very professional and responsive team at Diversified. We have recommended them to neighbors and friends that are now happy customers, like us!”

“Just had a great tune up on my gas furnace, gas fireplace, and AC unit by Kaylee. She called ahead advising of her approximate arrival time. She got right to work and explained what she was doing/checking. She exhibited excellent knowledge of her craft. I like that her tools were all organized…..a place for everything and everything in its place. Kaylee is clean and tidy. She really spruced up my fireplace, even touching up the paint and put "fire glow" sprinkles on the "logs" I hope to have her come back next year!”

“Clifford serviced our three fireplaces today. He was outstanding! He troubleshooted two of our fireplaces and got them working again. He then spent the time to explain how everything worked as we had no literature about how any of our fireplaces worked when we moved in. Lastly, he then wrote out instructions for us how they functioned.
We will definitely use Diverisified for our future needs and will ask for Clifford. We were also able to easily schedule an appointment and Clifford arrived on time.”

“David came out to see why my fireplace would not light unless I hit the switch many times to start it.
He checked wiring with a meter, blew out the line, checked pilot light area and replaced my switch on the wall that turned out to be the culprit. I have had other servicemen, one from another company out but no one could find the fault. I can’t say enough about David’s work ethic and he was very interesting to talk with too. A very nice, knowledgeable young man. He actually cared and even carried in a delivery on my deck that I didn’t know about. Many thanks, David, I am a happy camper as the saying goes! PS the office gal was very helpful and caring too! Good company!”
