“Some times the most unexpected acts of kindness mean the most! Beyond going the extra mile to be under our house for hours removing 44 years of fiberglass installation and installing all new installation Raul was one of the hardest workers we've ever come across. Knowledgeable, quiet & efficient is how we would describe Raul.
He encountered an unexpected emergency when my husband fell backward from his walker and hit his back hard on the floor after trying to open the door. Raul did not panic and gently engaged with Don to make sure he was ok until Don was able to be assisted in standing. This accident jarred my husband, but it also made him realize what a kind, caring person Raul is. Our thanks for an outstanding job and for being so helpful when it was needed the most. “Ron was just here at the house doing our Fall HVAC system maintenance getting ready for winter. He asked how our I Wave-R systems has been working. This past Spring Ron did our maintenance, he mentioned possibly installing the I Wave-R system to help clean the air in the house from dust, smells and not to mention when we have smoke problems in the area. I agreed to install the system and what a miracle. It is really effective at removing the pollen in the air, smell in the house from cooking fish and such and it has been a life saver when we have had such BAD smoke days from forest fires during the Summer. Thanks Ron for the suggestion, we have been breathing easier since the I Wave-R system has been installed! We highly recommend this system for others who might be suffering from similar breathing issues.”
