“When I was in my garage I heard water. It was coming from my furnace. I decided not to contact the heating and cooling company that did the maintenance on it because they did a terrible job on something else. David from Diversified immediately knew what the problem was, he showed me what happened, he explained very clearly how it happened and then he clearly explained how to fix the problem. I appreciate his attention to detail and his simple explanations. The other heating and cooling company lacked the attention to detail and that created the problem. David treated me with respect and he took great care to resolve the issue. As a result, I will move forward with Diversified as my go to heating and cooling company.”
“On 12/28/23 I called into Diversified at 4:00 PM, we had no heat from our furnace (just cold recirculating air), I didn't expect to have a tech dispatched that evening, they put me on hold for just a minute and told me they would have a tech over in an hour, great!!
