“Diversified provides outstanding service from the initial phone call with Cierra to the onsite visit by Sunshine. We were experiencing a strange knocking sound from our compressor, and Cierra was responsive and helpful over the phone. Sunshine, who came out to diagnose the issue, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She not only identified the problem but also took the necessary steps to maintain the system and gave us a tutorial on how best to use it.
Having recently moved in, we were somewhat clueless, but Diversified showed us how a service company should operate.”

“Following new construction of an ADU, we wanted to check the quality of the install of the new splits and maintain the existing central air and heat in the house. When we called for an appointment, we were pleased that there was one available within a few days. On the initial phone call the billing and the process were thoroughly explained. Prior to the appointment there was a reminder
contact. On the day of the visit, Tristan called to say he was on his way. When he got here, we showed him where the work was to be done and he proceeded to complete the maintenance on all the equipment. He also took time to explain and demonstrate the proper use of the remote control. It was reassuring that the new install in the ADU was in proper working order.
We have already scheduled our next annual maintenance. It is so good to know a reliable and friendly maintenance service is available”

“If my memory doesn't fail me, when we had our custom home built your company installed the heat/air units. Since the build 3 1/2 years ago you have been doing the annual service. We just had our annual service on 4-20-2024 and the tech., Jacob, did such great job that I'm writing this review. For someone who had just started working in January, he was very versed in the trade. He noticed that one of the units wasn't protected by a serge protector so he installed a serge protector. This was missed by the installer and those who followed on the annual inspections. "In a nut shell" this is a worker you want for your company!
