As the owner of Diversified Heating & Cooling, I bring a hands-on, values-driven approach to business. I believe success comes from doing what’s right—for our customers, our employees, and the long-term health of the company. My goal is to deliver reliable, high-quality service while building lasting relationships within the Central Oregon community. Outside of the HVAC world, I’m passionate about barrel racing and horsemanship. Both have taught me the value of discipline, communication, and personal growth—lessons I apply daily in leading my team and serving our clients. I enjoy problem-solving, building strong systems, and creating opportunities for people to thrive. Above all, I lead with honesty, integrity, and a commitment to doing work that’s good for the customer, good for the employee, and good for the future.
