Kenny Ledbetter is a lifelong Oregon resident with over 31 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry. He has proudly co-owned Diversified Heating & Cooling, Inc. since 2004, where he is deeply committed to customer satisfaction, employee well-being, and continuous improvement.
Recently, Kenny has become more involved in business management and personal development, focusing on leadership growth, operational excellence, and strengthening the company culture. He takes pride in working with a great team and believes that collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose are key to long-term success.
Outside of work, Kenny enjoys football, hiking, lifting weights, and taking vacations to warm and tropical destinations. He also cherishes spending time with his new wife, embracing life’s next chapter with gratitude and enthusiasm.
