“Charles and Travis from Diversified installed our new heat pump today. Wow! It has only been running for ten minutes and our house is warming SO much faster than our older propane furnace! This was a big decision for us and we definitely had some concerns going into the process. Our initial consultation was with Jess, who explained everything in great detail. Charles and Travis did an amazing job during the installation and in explaining the new thermostat, the phone app and the basics of operation. We couldn't be happier with how everything went. Everyone has been so professional throughout, and it gives us great confidence that they will be there for us for future maintenance and any troubleshooting. Thank you, Diversified!
