“Both Hunter and Raul did an excellent job installing the new system. I was very pleased by their punctuality and professionalism right from the get go. They not only got the job done in a timely manner they also took the time to re mount items on my wall that I physically was not able to mount because of my injured back that had to be moved for the system to be in place. That really means a lot to me. They also took plenty of time explaining how to operate the system with the remote which at first glance looks very overwhelming, and I am very happy that they were willing to take extra time with me explaining it because things like that often give me a hard time. But they were both so polite and so helpful. I was very pleased 100% with everything they did from the moment they got there till the moment they left. They were fantastic. I will definitely be using Diversified Heating for any upcoming heating and cooling needs. Those two employees are quality people that I’m glad I got the opportunity to meet.”

“It's unfair giving only a five star rating as Kaylee deserves no less then 1o Platinum Stars . She arrive on time and came to the door ready to go to work and as I watched her I believe she could handle any job or situation she was assigned to. She is skilled, careful and checks her work along with being polite which is very important to us as we have mobility issues in our senior years. I have been in many jobs over the years and I have been both supervisor and a training officer and if I still held those position I would offer her a job and try and put her on my payroll. I will make this request now , I we need any type of service work in the future I positively want her to be the tech that comes to our home to do or fix anything she is qualified for. Kaylee has all the qualities that is need to become a leader and supervisor and she is a great rep for you company and thank you for sending her to us.”
“Just had a great tune up on my gas furnace, gas fireplace, and AC unit by Kaylee. She called ahead advising of her approximate arrival time. She got right to work and explained what she was doing/checking. She exhibited excellent knowledge of her craft. I like that her tools were all organized…..a place for everything and everything in its place. Kaylee is clean and tidy. She really spruced up my fireplace, even touching up the paint and put "fire glow" sprinkles on the "logs" I hope to have her come back next year!”
“David came out to see why my fireplace would not light unless I hit the switch many times to start it.
He checked wiring with a meter, blew out the line, checked pilot light area and replaced my switch on the wall that turned out to be the culprit. I have had other servicemen, one from another company out but no one could find the fault. I can’t say enough about David’s work ethic and he was very interesting to talk with too. A very nice, knowledgeable young man. He actually cared and even carried in a delivery on my deck that I didn’t know about. Many thanks, David, I am a happy camper as the saying goes! PS the office gal was very helpful and caring too! Good company!”

Happened to have with him a fireplace fan which we wanted since our fireplace and remote was already set up for a fan (so smart to stock the fan in the truck). Took a quick look at some other hvac stuff and suggested what we might want and more importantly what we probably don't want.
Casual efficient demeanor for a such a highly, technically, skilled, person. Give this guy a raise as my uncle is in the business and always seeking good technicians but my uncle is kind of a jerk so I won't pass his name around… :)”
“My air handler needed a new blower motor and Jason H. came to the rescue on a very frigid and snowy day.
A professional with a pleasant demeanor is how I would characterize Jason H. His meticulous work resulted in returning the room temperature back to its warm and comfortable level from where it was, which was down to 58 degrees when he arrived for this service call. And he accomplished the work in a short amount of time, considering the complexity of the situation.

“Our heat pump died so we needed to replace at well as the air handler. Keegan and Matt (and Ian) were our installers and did an excellent job despite some pretty harsh outdoor conditions (snow/freezing temps). They arrived on-time and worked all day to get our system up and running. Everyone was very professional and congenial. Keegan and Matt had to deal/diagnose with a low voltage wiring issue that stalled getting the system up and running but worked diligently until the issue was diagnosed and resolved. Many thanks to these guys for a job well done. I would highly recommend Diversified!”
