As a Customer Service Representative at Diversified, I’m proud to be the first point of contact for our customers. I handle a variety of responsibilities including scheduling, dispatching, and supporting our service department with daily office tasks to help keep everything running smoothly.

I bring over 20 years of retail management experience, with a strong passion for customer service. Over the last decade, I’ve transitioned into an office setting where I’ve continued to build on those skills, focusing on both customer support and dispatching.

What I enjoy most about working at Diversified is the family-oriented environment. Our customers are loyal and kind, and my coworkers are incredibly supportive—always ready to step in and help when needed. It truly feels like a team effort every day.
