“Both Hunter and Raul did an excellent job installing the new system. I was very pleased by their punctuality and professionalism right from the get go. They not only got the job done in a timely manner they also took the time to re mount items on my wall that I physically was not able to mount because of my injured back that had to be moved for the system to be in place. That really means a lot to me. They also took plenty of time explaining how to operate the system with the remote which at first glance looks very overwhelming, and I am very happy that they were willing to take extra time with me explaining it because things like that often give me a hard time. But they were both so polite and so helpful. I was very pleased 100% with everything they did from the moment they got there till the moment they left. They were fantastic. I will definitely be using Diversified Heating for any upcoming heating and cooling needs. Those two employees are quality people that I’m glad I got the opportunity to meet.”

“I reached out to Diversified to get a quote on AC units for my 1928 Old Mill home and ADU. They promptly got back with me and we scheduled an appointment. Jess called me that morning to inform me she was on her way. We decided that a mini split would work perfectly in the ADU. The Old Mill home that we call “Ole Millie” I figured we would probably do the same as the ADU. Jess had a great idea after seeing our 25 year old Trane furnace that is housed in our root cellar basement. She suggested replacing the furnace and adding a cooling system as well. Jess worked up a price and informed me of some rebates this new system qualified for as well. They were also offering 0% financing for 72 months which was amazing considering HELCO are in the 8% range. Jess set the install for the following Monday. Hunter called me Monday morning to inform me he and Raul were on there way arriving almost an hour early which hardly happens around here these days. Raul and Hunter assessed the best way to run the new System in Ole Millie which is not an easy feat in these old root cellars. The next day Hunter and Raul arrived half hour early amazing. They figured out the best way to run the mini split an did another incredible job.Kelli in finance made the process of the rebates and 0% financing a breeze. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the knowledge, professionalism and Promptness this Diversified team gave us. Thanks again Y’all! If you have a Diversified trucker hat laying around I’ll give you some advertising mileage around town especially The Pub! ;-)”

“We had a Trane Heat Pump installed in March 2025 after meeting and agreeing to a model with Jess. During the installation we had Hunter, Tyler, Raul and Travis present. It was all completed that day from about 9am to 3 or 4 PM. They had to remove our old Lennix Air handler/heating unit first. Afterwards, you could not tell that the work had taken place. I am very particular about any work done at our home. And from the first meeting with Jess, on through the installation, everything went very well.”
