“We couldn’t be more satisfied with the service, technical expertise and equipment provided by Diversified Heating & Cooling. We bought our home in Sep 2022 and requested an AC tune-up (from a different company) only to discover the 17 year old gas furnace had been severely neglected. With the estimated $2-5,000 in repairs/parts in addition to the environmentally toxic freon in our AC unit we chose to get bids on a new HVAC system. After four companies give us bids we selected Diversified due to their very competitive price of the Mitsubishi Ducted Heat Pump and Air Handler. Don did an excellent job explaining the different options and the pros/limitations of each. The option to use the 72 month 0% financing was an extra bonus. The install was done extremely efficiently in a day and a half by Keegan, Matt and Charles. They all demonstrated a high level of technical knowledge, kindly answered all our questions and concerns, and went the extra mile to ensure our old ducting system was prepared to handle the new heat pump. We highly recommend Diversified Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs.”
